C7000v2 connection issue
Only the top 4 LEDs light up and can’t connect. When I power cycled the router last time, seems like it applied a factory reset (saw the initial modem name available in WiFi and was able to logon with the original password. Was trying to connect my printer, since the WiFi name changed and the printer couldn’t see the network. Power cycled again and now only the top 4 LED lights are on.

Can you factory reset the modem by pressing the reset button in back with the ISP coax cable disconnected? Then give about 1 minute then plug in the coax cable. Then try to walk thru the setup wizard at 192.168.1.1?
Can you access the modems web page with a wired PC and web browser at 192.168.1.1 at all?
What Firmware version is currently loaded?
Please post a copy and paste of the modems connection status and event log page.
