C7000v2 Constantly Dropping Connection

I have a C7000v2 hardware version 2.01 and firmware version 1.02.09. I currently have a 500mbps no-data cap plan with Spectrum. For the past couple of years, our internet connection drops and loses connection very frequently. I have the modem connected to a orbi rbr750. I have tried having a technician test our cable about 2 or 3 times and they have all confirmed the cable has a strong and healthy read. I have tried replacing the modem with spectrums and other Netgear modems however I just encountered more problems. Spectrum has also stated on their end that they have 0 reports of our internet having outages. I have taken a screenshot of the event logs, hopefully, this can help.
