C7000v2 disconnects every 2 hours
Was there ever a resolution to this issue? I have been experiencing the same issue. My internet service drops every two hours for a few minutes and then it clears up. I'm seeing the same errors:

Please post a copy and paste of the modems connection status and event log page.

Full logs please. Please edit out any MAC Addresses before posting.
Any Criticals, Errors or Warnings seen in the Event logs needs to be reviewed and resolved by the ISP.
The user never came back after they posted. So lets trouble shoot yours and see if we can help you get going in a good direction.

Thank you Furrye38. It must have been something on the ISP side as you suggested because the issue and errors cleared up yesterday at 13:42:41. I'll let you know if they resume at some point. I don't want to waste your time chasing ghosts. I really appreciate your willingness to help.

In most cases it is on the ISP side. Glad something got cleared up.
