C7000v2 dropping internet after ten minutes…
So I’ve done everything that you typically do when internet goes down, I tried to connect the app which pushed me to routerlogin.com, which put me in a loop and when I finally got through to do a firmware update I find out that according to netgear that the ISP pushes down the firmware updates. So I called spectrum, they said that isn’t how things worked… so I factory reset and I’m still having the same issues. So ya idk what to do besides go get a new device with a better brand. At least I got a year or so out of this thing

When it goes down, do both wired and wireless go down?
Do you have a screen snip of the cable connections page and the event logs?
those help to check the line
