c7000v2 Ethernet ports not working

I’ve tried every port, nothing. reset the router, nothing. My Ethernet cable is connected to my ps4, but when I plug into my netgear router, no light comes on at all to indicate it’s plugged in. What’s going on? I need help with this.

    That's the Ethernet LED in the front?

     

    Have you tried a different device? (Not just the ps4.) Different LAN cable?
