Charter is great at saying everything is "fine" with their end.
I had 3x techs out when I was installing the in-laws C7000 and it took the 3rd one to agree to hook up a charter modem to see if it worked. It didn't. So they agreed to have someone check the incoming line. Boom, that fixed it. They had a loose connection headed to the hub.
Did they try to setup one of their own modems to see if it would work?
Do you have a screen snip of the C7000's modem connection page? The logs help but so do the connections page.
