C7000v2 Modem is not receiving internet
I am not a tech wiz so bare with me. This modem / router combo was installed in about July 2018 and has been pretty good until about 2 weeks ago when we started intermittently losing internet. About 2 days ago we completely lost internet connection. I have rebooted the router a number of times, contacted comcast and all comcast had to say was "modem is not receiving internet" or "it is having a problem getting back online". It appers the router is still working because my computer and phones are trying to connect.
Comcast said to contact Netgear about the issue and i am wondering if perhaps the modem has gone bad??? Any suggestions?

Have you checked your coax line? removed any splitters that are attached?
