C7000v2 Modem
Hello did y'all ever have a problem with moving the modem to another room and it connected to the network but not to internet? I did factory reset and changed to another cable but it is still not fun...
so you reattached it in the original room?
Got a copy of the cable connections page?
You were a little sparse on info.
It worked fine before and you moved it to a different room and it didn't work?
That'd make me suspicious of the coax connector
- I used the same connector it was originally attached to. Normally it would just connect to the internet automatically right upon plugging into power and connecting coax to wall right?

- Oh no I mean different wall coax port- same cable.. nah I'm at work now but I just didn't know if it is supposed to automatically connect regardless of the room
