C7000v2 Modem
Hello did y'all ever have a problem with moving the modem to another room and it connected to the network but not to internet? I did factory reset and changed to another cable but it is still not fun...

so you reattached it in the original room?
Got a copy of the cable connections page?

You were a little sparse on info.
It worked fine before and you moved it to a different room and it didn't work?
That'd make me suspicious of the coax connector

I used the same connector it was originally attached to. Normally it would just connect to the internet automatically right upon plugging into power and connecting coax to wall right?

The room you connect its coax cable has to be connected to the ISP cable that's incoming.
I've routinely seen it where the whole home isn't connected to the drop.
So check back to where the utility room or the cable is originating from.
