C7000v2 modem/router combo ISP activated Netgear continues to take me to “activate”.

Please somebody, help me.  I'm almost 24 hrs in, trying to have internet access.   I used the Nighthawk app, and after 6 hrs of taking me to "now activate."  It would take me, kind of, sort of, to my ISP, Spectrum....I gave up, and called Spectrum, directly:  They activated it, now 6 hrs ago.   When I attempt to choose my network.... it continues, "now activate ".....I cannot.  Because it IS activated.
I'm losing my mind. I'm sure there is an easy work-around, but I can't find it.   I have no idea, what MOST of this tech-speak, is saying.
please somebody, help me 😩

When they activate it, they merely add the mac address to their system.

And it can activate/download the provisioning with just 1 locked channel.

But if the signal isn't good, it'll have issues and won't be able to complete the process.

do you have a screen snip of your cable connections page and logs?

Check the Modems web page for connection and operation with a PC and web browser. I've seen the NH app faultsly report activation notices on occasion when the modem was fully activated by the ISP.
