C7000v2 My computer and TV are buffering. Do I need a new router?

we'd need way more info. 

1. What speeds do you pay for? 

2. What speeds do you actually get from the router wired into it? 

3. Are your tv and router connecting to 2.4ghz or 5ghz (hint, 5ghz is a lot faster)

4. How far from the router is the tv/computer?

5. Do hardwired devices have issues?

6. Is it specific programs that buffer?
