C7000v2 Nighthawk AC1900 Cable Modem Router - Extremely slow upload speed

Thanks for your incredibly fast reply!  The drivers are up to date.  Yes, I think a new ethernet PCI adapter is probably the next step.

One last test you can try, book the PC into SAFE mode with NETWORKING enabled. Run a speed test there. This would help rule out any apps or security apps causing problems possibly.
