C7000v2 not connected to phone or computer even though it says it is

Power outage and my home network disappeared. Router reset to original settings? Log on with listed name and password. Says it is connected but it doesn’t work. How can I get it to talk to my devices?

    power surges are great at breaking things.

    Does your hardwired devices work? We need to determine first if you're getting a proper signal from your provider.

    Can you take a screen snip of your modem connections page? It shows your connection back to your ISP. 

    Also take a screen snip of your modem logs. Between the modems connections page and logs, it helps us figure out your connection back to the isp. 

    What you say "its connected but it doesn't work', do you mean that you're connecting to wifi but getting "internet not available"?
