C7000v2 not connecting

A branch fell from the woods and took all the wires from the street to the house. Power and cable companies and fixed all that. Signal is strong but the modem just flashes top three lights, then all lights go solid for 5 seconds or so and then the cycle starts again. Dealing with a lot of storm/wind damage so I feel like I'm missing something simple. Any ideas? Thanks!

    Storms are great at wrecking electronics. As are power surges or power arcing and being sent down the coax line. 

    Did you try factory resetting the C7000? Pushing and holding reset while powered on for 7-15 seconds?

    Try having the ISP reprovision the C7000?

     

    If you've tried those 2 options, you might be out of luck.
