C7000v2 occasionally loses Internet connection, but only for 2.4 GHz band
I've had this router for about a year and a half, and it's pretty solid overall, but there's this one issue that pops up every few months: for the 2.4 GHz band only, the Internet stops working. Devices on the 5 GHz band and wired devices are unaffected. I'm already using a unique wireless channel for both bands that don't conflict with any networks around me (verified through the web interface). I've tried disabling the 2.4 GHz antenna and then re-enabling it, but still no Internet.
I know that a full router reboot will fix the issue, but this is disruptive to all the other devices. Has anyone else run into this and have a solution that doesn't require a full reboot?

If it only happens every several months, get a smart switch and just schedule a once a month reboot at 2am.
