C7000V2 Random Reboots

I wanted to give an update concerning the continual random reboots of my Netgear c7000. Looks like we solved the problem. Bought a new modem and separate router, neither one of them Netgear,
I called Gearhead and told them our solution and asked for a refund on my subscription since none of their recommendations worked and since I would not be using another Netgear product, the Gearhead subscription was of no value. They are refunding the cost. On top of that, Amazon is refunding the cost for the router, even after 6 months.
Since we put in the separate modem and router, we haven't even had a short hiccup.
