C7000v2 resetting

What devices are you trying to connect to the modem?

 

Has a factory reset and setup from scratch been performed on the modem?

Trying to connect 2 PlayStations with tp-links for faster speeds needed for gaming.

    What are these TPLinks? Wifi media bridges or Power Line adapters? 

     

    LAN cable connections is recommended for best gaming performances.

      Power line adapters. I’m not able to run LAN cables because I’m renting.

        If you remove these power lines, does the modem maintain it's settings?
