c7000v2 spectrum analyzer

Does anyone know how to access the spectrum analyzeron a C7000v2?  I've accessed it a couple of times but I don't remember exactly how.

      Hi,

       

      thanks for the reply.   That has worked in the past for me.  It isn't working now, the browser gets hung when I attempt to connect with it.  Do you have any ideas that I can try?  I've cleared the cache and cookies on my chrome browser which didn't change anything.  My network is address is 192.168.150.0,  I can connect using 192.168.100.1 but not with port 8080.

        Try this, disconnect the modem from the coax connection, factory reset the modem by pressing the reset button for 15 seconds then release. Skip the setup wizard and just get to the main screen. Can you access the analyzer here? 

        If not, I would venture to guess that NG and or the ISP has maybe closed support fo the analyzer possibly. 

        There is a new bug that was found for Broadcom based modem chip set recently and ISPs maybe closing off access or support to the analyzer.
