C7000v2 Speed Issue
Greetings to the NETGEAR community,
I am new here, not sure where else to turn. We just moved into a house built in 2017 and we are having a speed issue on my NETGEAR C7000v2. The speed stays between 70 Mbps and 95 Mbps on the 2.4G but we are paying for 600 Mbps. Also notable, the 5G speed is staying around 220 Mbps. Is there a setting that could be causing this? The router is brand new and freshly factory reset. Details below.
Spectrum says they can't mess with settings/FW on customer owned equipment. I have a Spectrum Tech coming tomorrow afternoon to check the physical equipment.
ISP: Spectrum
Package Speed: 600 Mbps
Router: Netgear C7000v2
HW Version: 2.01
FW Version: V1.02.09
Channel (Auto): 11
I have tried 2 different coax cables with the same result.
Running the speed test from Google.
Thank you!
Dave B

The speeds you're getting over 2.4ghz are about what you can expect.
You might be able to get a little faster speeds over 5ghz 300+ but its not going to be much higher.
What device are you testing on?
What wired speeds do you get? thats the key questions.
