C7000v2 speed issues

Hello,

I just recently purchased a Nighthawk C7000v2 router a few weeks ago and am experiencing an issue with it's network delivery.

I have 5 devices connected (4 on the 5GHz and 1 wired), however, only one device is recieving full speeds, wired or wireless. Whenever I speed test any other device in my apartment I get 30-40Mb/s however my laptop is recieving the full gigabit speeds.

I've tried resetting the device and for some reason it doesn't want to deliver more speed to any other device on my network.

One strange anomoly I have witness is that it does recieve full speeds when I test via Ookla however I am throttled on any other speed test.
