C7000v2 Very Slow Wifi

The C7000 should be able to achieve faster speeds. I've used one and it was fine.
Try a factory reset. During the install, just install with the defaults and test the speeds.
Leave any qos, access control, traffic monitoring, or parental controls disabled.
I did a reset. Nothing changed.
You made sure not to reinstall with a backup?
Avoid backup when testing this.
Do you have any other devices you could test with?
How are you testing? What app? Browser based?
I have tried resetting the router via the rest button on the back and also via the "factory reset" option in the settings. I'm not even sure how to install using a backup so I don't think that's causing anything. Also, the only setting I've ever changed is the channel. Neither resets have made a difference.
I'm using the Ookla speedtest. I have an old laptop I've tried this on as well with no differences.
