c7000v2 won't show green mtn grill

I have a Green Mountain Grill Prime Ledge.  I can connect point to point to the grill.  When going to connect via my home network the grill never shows up.  Operating in the 2.4 ghz band   firmware is V1.03.03.

How can i either find the grill or input its data into my network.

    I would contact the grill manufacturer. 

    The router doesn't connect to the grill, the grill connects to is. 

    While you're going through setup with your phone, make sure the phone is connected to the 2.4ghz. 

    Also make sure to avoid any special characters or spaces in the ssid/password for the router. Some IoT devices are poorly coded and don't play nicely with them.
