Downstream continually flashes , I was told it’s not suppose too, yet Comcast said it’s normal...any ideas? I’ve tried several troubleshooting ideas, nothing has helped.... thinking I need to return it

    Are you able to see how many downstream channels are locked in the modems settings?

      No I don’t know how to check it...... I’m being told that it’s suppose to flash like that
