C7000v2
Power flicked and unit will no longer connect to internet. It was surge protected and comcast said it was an issue with my modem router combo.

Are you able to log into the C7000 at all?
Basically asking if you can access the router and view settings, cable connection info, etc.
If you are able to, get a screen snip of the cable connections page and the logs.
What are the led's on it doing? (color, blinking, etc for all of them)
- I am unable to view anything log wise. Everything but the internet is connected, it just continues blinking. I know it is not my cable because i purchased a c7000 and it is working fine
