C7000v2

Hi,

 

I am having a problem with my C7000v2. It regularly loses connection and I have to reboot it but recently it has started to reset and clearing network names and passwords that I set up. It has happened 3 times now and it is incredibly annoying. Is it a hardware issue? I have noticed that others have had the same loss of connections but I didn't see anything about complete resets of the modem/router.

    Do you have a screen snip of the cable connections page and event logs? 
    i've seen sketchy power numbers that have triggered reboots/resets. its not usually that often though.
