I have this netgear modem up and running until day-before yesterday, i have recovered the modem but not it is acting as brand new account and i am trying to setup the modem name and my password, i am not getting the screen on the app on my phone to create one.
if any help please.

I recommend first setting up the modem with a wired PC and web browser:
