My macbook is connecting to the wi-fi.  But my  Alexa will not connect.  I get a pop up screen that says log in to Captive Wi-Fi

 

I have tried to reset router to factory settings,

    Sounds like something to ask Alexa about.

     

    Does everything else connect to the wifi?
