C7000v2Suddenly Stopped Working
For 10 months, this router was fine. It suddenly stopped working. Can connect to WiFi but no internet at all.
I called the ISP and they sent out their technician, there is no ISP issue. The modem is receiving the data supposedly. But tech believes something happened and connection to router is dead.
What can be done?

Does wifi devices connect to the modems wifi?
What devices do you have connected?
Do ethernet connected devices get internet?
