C700v2 How to I get a device off network without changing passwords

I have housemate who says she is using her own internet system and yet the Genie says she is wifi into mine on her computer, and her T mobile system is less strong.

I want to take the computer off my network so she can handle her own issues without involving me.

 

How can I kick it off without comment as she states she is not online, but genie says otherwise.

    Log into the C7000 and enable access control. Then just disable her access.

    or change your wifi password so she can't log in.
