C700v2 LAN ports not working

When attempting to use my LAN ports for ethernet they do not work. I can plug in a seperate router and the light will turn green on port. But the ethernet ports on said router do not work. Anything else it either flash amber on the port or nothing at all. Have factory reset everything and still happens. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Even after you power OFF or pull the power cable for 1 minute then back on? 


    I'd contact NG support to see what your options are.
