C7100V - parental Controls

I am.desprate with this remote learning. I find my daughter watching movies and YouTube instead of doing school work. I need to ba able to restrict content by IP or Mac - I have a link for parental control in my router but it takes me to a page that asks me.for QR code and etc I don't have with my router. Suggestions would be GREAT
