I have the same problem. Received the unit today, contacted Comcast. No help. I wish you guys had phone support that I didn't have to pay $50 for so I could have confirmed that the unit doesn't work. I'm returning it tomorrow. :(

Actually I had 90 days of phone support with the purchase. It didn't cost me anything to call them.
