C7100V compatibilty issues with LibertyPR

Greetings Community

 

I am having issues with the ISP provider to connect the phone capabilities to a C7100V and here are a couple of the logs from the cable modem.  Could anyone identify what I need to let them know for proper connection, thanks in advance for any advise.

    Hi.

     

    C7100V is ONLY certified and supposed to work with XFINITY/COMCAST.

     

    other ISPs wont be able to make it work since protocols are different for each ISP.
