    Your power levels look fine. 

    But you probably bought the wrong device if you're wanting close to gigabit speeds. 

    The C7100v isn't docsis 3.1 (only 3.0) compatible and xfinity's (and other isp's) have been pushing to require docsis 3.1 devices for lower and lower speed tiers. I'm impressed they even said they'd allow it for their 800mbps tier as ISP's like cox are requiring docsis 3.1 for anything 400+. 

    Also, you won't hit 400+ over wireless on that device. Only on wired. 

     

    One thing you can do is power off the modem and disconnect it from the coax. Give it a couple minutes and then reconnect the coax and boot it back up. Maybe xfinity didn't push the correct provisioning to it (or push it at all). Something to check on.
