C7100v flashing power, ds/us, online leds but no connection

I reset the cable modem router just for it to have all LEDS solid, left it for around 30 minutes and they are still solid with no internet connection. It has not responded to a factory reset and stays the same. Now after another reset the power ds/us and online leds are flashing but no connection still. Please help.

    please go to 192.168.0.1 or 192.168.100.1 and copy power levels and event logs here.
