Hi, Thanks for the reply!
Has a factory reset been performed on the modem and setup from scratch? No, haven't done that recently.
Any Wifi Neighbors near by? Yes
If so, how many? Like 3

Try setting manual channel 1, 6 or 11 on 2.4Ghz and any unused channel on 5Ghz.
Try a factory reset on the modem as setup from scratch.
- Homeuser66May 07, 2020GuideOK. I'll try this, but I want to be clear, the wifi isn't restarting, it's the actual modem. It just shuts off, then restarts. One instance, the land line just kept ringing and ringing, not like your getting a call, but different, much different. I'm thinking, modem going bad?
Again, I can post any logs for anyone to view.- FURRYe38May 10, 2020Guru - Experienced User
Try a reset and see if this still happens. Something to have NG look at.
Possible the modem maybe going bad.
DIsconnect the coax and such from the modem. Just connect up one wired PC. Access the modems web page. Does the modem continue to reboot?

It don't reboot consistently enough for me to troubleshoot. I was hoping there was a log in it that I can upload here, so someone could read it see what happened.
