Try setting manual channel 1, 6 or 11 on 2.4Ghz and any unused channel on 5Ghz.
Channels above 11 are not seen or used in the USA. Only in EU regions.
Can you turn down the radio power Under Advanced Tab/Advanced Settings/Wireless Settings?

So did he fix this issue? Have you seen any more issues with wifi or the modem restarting since the tech was out to visit?
Yes, pick one of the 3 channels I mentioned with the lessor of other wifi users on them. I wish your modem had power level settings. Would be helpful in a wifi congested area.
- Homeuser66May 18, 2020GuideHe didn't fix the broken port, he had to set that up for a line tech. I'll have to wait and see. But since I replaced the 90 degree angle connector he put on when they installed it, my levels got better. Thanks for your help. I'll keep you posted.
