C7100v nighthawk modem router won't power on
Turned modem C7100v off since was having connection issues and can't get it to power back up. Red light where power button is. Probably basic issue but I can't figure it out? Maybe button somewhere? Modem is 2 weeks old. Please advise

You can try a factory reset should be a pin hole on the back of the router hold it for 10 seconds.
