C7100v no intenet connection
I unplug the power when I reconnected the intenet don’t come up Please help
What happens when you plug it back in?
What do all the lights do?
Does the wifi turn and and you can connect but it says "connected, no internet'?
Does it not start broadcasting wifi at all?

All lights are on but no internet connection
What i do ?Disconnect the ISP coax cable from the back of the modem. Factory reset the modem using the back reset button and press it for 10 seconds, then release. Have 1 wired PC connected to the back of the modem.
Does any of the LEDs change behavior here?
If so, see if you can access 192.168.0.1 or 192.168.1.1 in a web browser with the one connected PC.
See if you can walk thru the setup wizard here...
Do you have a screensnip of the cable connections page and event logs?
Have you checked with your ISP to see if they can see it connected on their side?
