C7100v not detecting USB hard drive

Are the drives USB 2.0 or 3.0?
What is the size of the drives tested?
Do any of them have there own power adapter?
Sorry about taking so long to reply had to get another router so I will try it out later today after install.
The USB drives were both usb 3 and no external power.
Can you find a USB 2.0 drive to test with to see if this version works or not?
I had a usb 3 point 5tb drive that worked for a minute or two but now it will not see anything.
In order for my tv to see the drive it must be formatted in FAT32 and I did see it for a bit then
nothing and now I have tried five usb 3 drives and two usb 2 drives the router now sees nothing.
Giong to contact support now to see if they can help.
