C7100v refuses to disable UPnP
I've tried four times and I'm sure after this post goes up I will have tired several more times. I go to advanced settings to the upnp tab then uncheck the box that says turn upnp on and click apply....

Netgear has set up a community forum specifically for the Cable Modem products. Most of the people who watch that forum are more likely to have experience with Cable modems and know how to work it better than those of us who follow this router forum. Try a different browser.
Try a full factory reset and setup from scratch.
Make sure any access controls or security features that the modem maybe using are disabled.
