C7100v refuses to disable UPnP
Was instructed to make this post here by another member. When I try to disable UPnP by going into the UPnP tab in my advanced router settings and unchecking the "Turn UPnP on" box, then hitting apply...
Try a different browser.
Try a full factory reset and setup from scratch. You might try this with the coax cable disconnected from the ISP service line.
Make sure any access controls or security features that the modem maybe using are disabled.
- Where might I find these security controls the modem may be using and which ones should I be looking out for in particular? There's a lot of stuff here and I don't want to turn off something important
Anything that appears with Armor, though I don't think Armor is supported on C series modems.
Access Controls maybe seen under Advanced tab/advanced settings/Security. Parental controls maybe here as well if supported.
