C7100V resets traffic meter randomly at start of every month day after day

I have a Netgear C7100V with firmware 2.01.40 on Comcast that resets its traffic meter counter back to zero at the start of every month every day for a few days to nearly a week before it stops and continues counting traffic. It's set to do it on the first day of the month but it just keeps resetting after that. For example, last month the counter reset at one minute after midnight each night from the first through the fourth which meant that all the data for those days wasn't counted by the device making it not very useful. 

 

I've tried changing the time that the reset happens but that hasn't made a difference and it continues to reset and lose all data for the month for a number of days until it decides what seems to be at random to stop and finally keeps a rolling history of traffic for the month. Is this a known bug? Is anyone else experiencing this?

    Are you able to send me a config file for your router that I can provide to engineering to take a look at this issue. Also are you able to provide me a screenshot of the traffic meter settings?
