C7100V, Xfinity X1, and Xi5-PW

I cannot get a cable signal through my C7100V>Xfinity Set top box (Xi5-PW) and keep getting an XRE-10007 error.  I tried to connect Xfinity Xi5-PW set top box into the router with ethernet as well as trying to use it wirelessly.  All other data services - LAN/Internet/voice/wireless work fine.  The TV signal does not seem to flow from the C7100V>Set top box (Xi5-PW).  Anyone figure out how to solve this.  My calls and conference calls with Netgear and Comcast/Xfinity have been fruitless.  Thanks in advance.

    In the set top box settings does it get a IP address?
