C7100V
I want to disable the router mode and use a different router.
The information from Netgear tells me that I have to go to the advanced setup and go to the "NAT" MODE. The problem is that there is no NAT mode to reset it to the bridge mode.
I looked for software updates / downloads from Netgear, and still no dice.
I would like to send Netgear a simple inquiry via e-mail, but again, no dice

Page 16 of the manual.
It walks you through placing the C7100v in bridge mode. it disables router mode and only functions as a modem.

You can't.
Netgear works through Gearhead for paid support.
"Only $49.99 Per Incident".
Your first message, with its talk of "NAT" MODE, suggests that you are on the wrong track.
Did you actually try the a suggestion from plemans? This is a relatively straightforward process with no need for software or any tricky messing around.
