C7500 Internet Drops

Since purchasing 2 of these combos, having the same issue with current one as I did the one I returned.  Essentially, I am getting kicked offline anywhere between 1 and 5 times per hour.  ISP has sent three technicians out tot he house to troubleshoot and now there are no longer any issues from ISP's side as I have verified now on multiple calls (The Events Log is now empty for several days). From the log below from the past hour or so you will see multiples times I have been bumped in just the past hour and a half.  Please help! Also on Firmware V1.01.32 with Spectrum

    Is this happending both wired and wireless? 

    Ensure there are no cable coax line splitters in between the ISP service box and modem.

     

    Do you see this prolem if you turn off both wifi radios on the modem? 

     

    Any Wifi Neighbors near by? If so, how many?
