Try unplugging the coax from the modem. When powered on push and hold reset for 7-15 seconds. The lights will change when held long enough.
Then connect the coax and reboot it.
try accessing it 192.168.100.1
Can your isp see/ping it?

When I followed these steps and hit reset, the top 4 lights only flash for a few seconds then stay white. So, after following all these steps it still didnt work and couldnt access the router. My ISP can see the modem.

solid white on the top 4 tend to indicate good things. (see the manual for specifics)
If you hardwire into the c7500, can you access it from 192.168.100.1?
Have you tried a different laptop/pc?
Did the wifi on/off button get pushed somehow? push and hold it for 2 seconds.
As well as there's a led button on it with 3 modes.

But the lights for 2.4/5.0 are not on. Wifi button isn't doing anything nor the other two. I only have one laptop and eithernet not working. Also the white light stays on indicating somthing is plugged into the number 2 port on the back but nothing is plugged in.

Potentially it is bad. It does happen sadly.
You can click "mynetgear" at the top, register an account and then the device. From there you can see if you're still within your warranty period as well as start the rma process.
