C7500 no wifi or ethernet
Came home today to find my modem/router not functioning properly. It's getting internet signal but none of my devices can get wifi or hook up using ethernet. I also can't get to the page to access the...
Yeah its out of warranty(purchased Jan 2019) and Im not spending $90 to speak to someone. Can a spike in the internet signal or the isp doing to updating burn one up? We've had problems in our area with other people's signal. Makes me wonder if they worked on our area and something happened.

What you can have them try to do is see if your isp can re-provision it. If the firmware was corrupted, they're the only ones who can send/reinstall it since its a combo devices.
