C7800 - Cannot log into Modem

I am trying to log into my modem.  I go to the sites suggested www.routerlogin.net or www.routerlogin.com

and i get the following message 

You may not be connected to your Router’s WiFi network. To access routerlogin.com, your device must be connected to your Router’s WiFi network. Check your current connection and try again.

 

I am connected to my wifi network. 

 

I downloaded the Nighthawk app as well, when I put in my login info it doens't do anything just brings up same page asking me to input my log in info.

 

I feel like i'm going in circles.  Netgear wants me to pay $50 to sign up for support.  This seems like it should be a pretty simple task.
