I was using Microsoft Edge from both my Desktop and Laptop systems. At one point the interface went to just a text-like version, then I began closing out the browser and reloading each time to make sure it wasn't some browser cache related issue.

What happens wtih FireFox?
I presume this maybe an on going issue with the modems web page that needs to be reviewed by NG. I would make contact with NG about this. They'll need to review this. If there is any FW changes, this would have to be done by NG then passed to the ISP for additional testing then pushed to your modem. I would not look to see any fixes if this is the case for many months. :smileyembarrassed:
